The Administration Index, Accounting Tab

Below is the screenshot of the Admin Index page showing the Accounting tab, for your reference, before it is discussed below.
The "Accounting" tab contains a number of boxes. Each box provides a number of links to allow you to view statistics on different aspects of your business. These statistics can be viewed in two ways.
- On the web, as a webpage.
- Via a spreadsheet, such as Excel, by downloading a "CSV" file. Such files contain no formatting, but reproduce the data viewed on the webpage in such a way to ease spreadsheet based data analysis.
The areas that have statistics currently are:-
- Payments
- Consignments
- Orders
- Customers
- Products
- Product Views
The time-spans these statistics can be viewed over are:-
- Today
- Last 7 days
- This week
- Last week
- This month
- Last month
- This year
- Last year
If there are any particular periods which would interest you, for instance, time periods based on VAT accounting periods, then we can accomodate that request.
There are a variety of statistics for each of the different areas, for instance, the Consignments Stats is quite long, as it covers all the different types of Shipping Service you support.
