The Administration Index, Customer Tab

If you look again at the customers tab of the admin index page, we will then go through the elements of the page.
You will notice that the page is split into three sections. You have the admin bar at the top, beneath the Artumi Systems logo. This bar remains the same whenever you are viewing an administration page and gives you easy access to the most useful and commonly used functions of the admin system. Namely:-
- Logout - the logout page
- Home - the home page of the site
- Customer Search
- Order Search
- Product Search
- Admin Index - This page
Below the admin bar, we have the page split into two. The left hand side contains other useful sections.
- Latest orders. This is a list of the last 10 orders that you have viewed, allowing you to easily go back to what you have previously viewed.
- Latest customers. Similar to "Latest orders" this shows the previous customers you have viewed.
- Latest tickets. I'm sure you get the idea now, this shows the tickets you have recently viewed.
Then we have the main area, which in this case shows the customers tab which contains a number of links to the functions relating to customers. There is a description of what each page does, next to it's link, which can be viewed in the image, but for the visually impaired is reproduced below:-
- Search for a customer - This will then take you to the customer overview page.
- Complaints - The page to follow complaints and their progress.
- Complaints errors - Each complaint administrator must choose from a list of errors which we can then use to determine training, this page allows you to set the contents of that list.
