The Administration Index, Stock Tab

Below is the screenshot of the Admin Index page showing the Stock tab, for your reference, before it is discussed below.
The "Stock" tab contains some items regarding stock, but not all. Probably one of the most important things you would want to know is how much stock of a certain product you have. You would find this information by searching for the product and viewing that information on the "Product Overview" page. If you want information regarding how much stock you have overall, you would look in the "Accounting" tab, which will be covered later. Bearing that in mind I will go through the options on the "Stock" tab.
- Get next batch - Page for the pickers to get their next batch.
- Warehouse map - Warehouse map, find stock from location.
- Suppliers - A list of your suppliers. This list is used to show which products are available from which suppliers.
- Cut offs - Lets you view and set the order cut offs so that we can inform users accurately when they will recieve their goods. Remember that the website makes promises about delivery based upon these settings.
- Stock inconsistency in the database. - This page shows how much stock is recorded against a product, compared to how much is registered at certain locations, this may happen, for example, if you don't put stock on the system. It may also happen if there is a problem recording stock, so will be useful for spotting bugs.
- New supplier order - Use this page to order stock.
- Supplier orders - See the orders that have been made to a supplier.
