Growing pains
As your company grows you will want to be able to find efficiencies in the system. We have done some of this for you already, and we are more than willing to change the Atemis system in anyway that you choose.
One thing that quickly becomes costly is the re-keying of addresses from PayPal to your Courier's systems. If you have an employee spending all day on this task, then you can free them up with Atemis, because we will integrate your Courier's systems with ours in order to put a complete stop to the re-keying of data. More than that, our system should be able to determine exactly how many labels are required for each batch of items picked, so with a single click of the mouse your picker can be presented with a list of items to pick, their locations, and their labels will be printed out.
The job of managing a retail business changes as the business increases in size. When the company is small you will be worried about the quality of your listings, your goods, and the prices you can charge. As the company gets larger you will have staff who perform these roles, and you will then want to monitor their progress. Atemis provides a complaints tracking system to allow you to monitor the cock-ups, and a variety of statistics to help you manage your staff, and allow your staff to manage the site.
Atemis is a web based product, so you can keep one eye on your business whilst you are away from the office.
